Carolina Caviar

1 can yellow corn
1 can hominy
1 can black-eyed peas (rinse and drain)
6–7 scallions, chopped (white and green parts)
1 medium can sweet corn
1 large tomato, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 can black beans (rinse and drain)

Rinse all canned items. Mix all ingredients in bowl and cover with zesty Italian dressing. Serve with tortilla chips.
