Butternut Pound Cake
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. Crisco vegetable shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
Cream together Crisco, margarine and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour and dry ingredients, starting with the flour and alternating with milk. Add flavoring; beat well. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
