Peach Cobbler

Recipe courtesy of Shirley Pollard of Kenly, NC.

1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup of milk
1 large can of sliced peaches

Butter a sheet cake pan. Arrange peach slices in the pan. Mix the batter and pour over the peaches. I use a little liquid drizzled over the batter. It makes the cobbler more moist. Bake at 375 degrees till golden brown.Serve with vanilla ice cream on top. Your family will love it! For a crowd you can double or even triple this recipe.
