Traditional Pecan Pie
1 cup pecan halves or pieces
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup dark corn syrup
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
Unbaked pie crust
Mix eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter
and vanilla together. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour filling
into pan and top with pecans. Place pie into oven and reduce heat
to 350 degrees. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Cool.
