Shrimp Bordelaise

1 pound raw shrimp, peeled
1 large tomato, cubed
10 large mushrooms, quartered
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup cream or half 'n half
Parmesan cheese
season with garlic, salt and curry to taste
Saute shrimp in butter or margarine, add mushrooms
and wine. Add tomatoes last, with cream. Sprinkle in cheese. Serve
over thin spaghetti. takes 20 minutes to prepare.
