Our Tin Lizzy

We owned a 1923 Model T Ford touring car for 12 years. We bought the car in 1995 and sold it in 2007 when we moved to Lowgap. We would cruise around at the top speed of 35 miles per hour, sometimes with the top down. Our trips were always local and involved neighbors, friends and of course the grandchildren. We enjoyed riding in parades and using the car for weddings. Our Tin Lizzy was always a favorite with anyone who visited us.

Our grandchildren lovingly refer to it as the Old Buggy Car when they wanted to ride in it or speak of the memories. We miss our Tin Lizzy very much, but memories of it will live in our hearts forever.
