My Only Costume

On Halloween 1992, I was working for a company where the employer gave prizes to the person who came dressed in a Halloween costume and wore it the entire day. Being 58 years old and having never dressed in a costume, I thought it was time I fixed up.

I went to work the next morning, and when I went in everyone was staring and wondering who I was. After work that day my husband liked it so much. They were making pictures for free in Yadkinville. He insisted that I go and have my picture made.
That was my only and favorite costume.
