Pasta Salad
1 box (small) garden rotini pasta, cooked
1 cup fat-free ranch dressing
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon sugar or Splenda
1 bell pepper, diced
2 medium tomatoes, diced (seeds removed)
1 cucumber, finely diced
1 cup frozen green peas
2 cups cubed smoked turkey (deli-style)
Combine all ingredients (except tomatoes). Toss gently with pasta. Add tomatoes. Chill overnight to allow flavors to develop.
