Peach Cobbler 2

1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup granulated white sugar
1 cup whole milk
1 stick unsalted butter
2-3 cups of canned or frozen peaches

Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in 2-quart casserole dish. Combine flour, sugar and milk. Pour into dish with melted butter. Arrange fruit in butter mixture. Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour until golden brown and bubbly around edges.
