Rotel Chicken

1 whole cooked chicken, deboned
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken
1 can of chicken broth
1 bag of Doritos
1 bag of shredded cheese
Debone chicken and add it to the cream of chicken, can of tomatoes and 1/2 to 3/4 of the broth in a sauce pan. Heat throughly. Crumble Doritos and put a couple of handfuls in bottom of casserole dish. Pour 1/2 of mixture over Doritos, repeat with another layer of Doritos and the rest of the mixture. Repeat with remaining Doritos and top with cheese. Bake about 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
