Tarragon-vinegar Baked Chicken

One whole chicken (cut up)
One large onion, cut into several pieces
One cup distilled vinegar
1/4 cup butter or margarine (about 1/4 cup),
Sprinked tarragon, salt & pepper
Combine and cook at 425 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Yield: 4 servings
