Butternut Squash Casserole
Peggy Hayes, Belews Creek
1/2 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
3 cups cooked squash
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
Mix all ingredients together and pour into
a greased baking dish.
Topping:
Mix 1 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/3
stick margarine and 1 cup chopped nuts. Sprinkle on top. Bake at
350 degrees for 25 minutes.
