Cold Pursuit “Cold Pursuit” is the latest print by Raleigh artist Ronald Ragland. After the success of the “Hot Pursuit” art print, Ronald heard from rabbit hunters asking him to paint a winter scene with beagles chasing a snowshoe hare, the rabbit with large hind legs that turns from brown to white during the winter.
