238th Anniversary of the Battle of Moores Creek Bridge
Living historians will be on the battlefield throughout our commemoration demonstrating the day-to-day life of the colonists such as cooking, candlestick making, and children’s games. Militia will also be on hand to talk about military tactics and weapons used during the Revolutionary War. Artisans will be demonstrating their crafts with select items for purchase. There will be musket and cannon firing demonstrations throughout the commemoration. Musical performances, guest speakers, and storytellers will occupy Patriots Hall on Saturday and Sunday.
