Honey Bun Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
Brown Sugar Mixture
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ chopped pecans
Icing
- 2 cups confectioner’s sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix all ingredients for cake well.
Mix brown sugar mixture well.
Pour half of the cake batter in 9-by-13-inch greased and floured pan and top with half the brown sugar mixture.
Pour remaining batter in pan and top with remaining brown sugar mixture. Take a knife and swirl mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
Mix icing ingredients and spread over hot cake.
