Sirloin Tips
Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds sirloin tip steak
- 1 can condensed French onion soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
Directions
Cut steak into cubes (bite-size pieces) and place in casserole dish. Pour soups and water over meat; stir. Cover and place in 350 degree oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Remove cover the last 15 to 20 minutes so sauce will thicken up a bit. Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
