Easy Corn-Ham Chowder (microwave)
- 2 cups cooked ham, cubed
- 1¼ cups milk (or 1 cup milk and ¼ cup cream)
- 1 can (17 ounces) creamed-style corn
- 1 can (10¾ ounces) cream of celery soup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour in to a 2-quart casserole dish and microwave on high for 7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Garnish if desired.
