New, improved Sugar Loaf School

If I could run Sugar Loaf School, I would:

  • Give students lots of love and respect.
  • Put prayer back in school.
  • Have better lunches.
  • No bus suspension or school suspension.
  • Strict rules and regulations and penalties for misbehaving students.
  • Change dress codes for students and teachers.
  • Encourage students to do more reading writing and math.
  • Have a school nurse so students could ask questions about health and what is bothering the student.
  • Encourage students to keep a journal or diary, to set goals and keep them, and to stay organized.
  • Have more field days or field trips.
  • Ban school bullies.
  • Teach students what to do in fire, tornado, hurricane, flooding, strong winds.
  • Have students, teachers and staff do projects in our community.
  • Have talent shows.
  • Encourage parents and teachers to establish good communication with each other.
  • Teach safety at home, classroom, in sports, on playground or where ever you could get hurt.
  • Study the bus routes to see if I could come up with a plan to save gas.
  • Ban cell phones, electronics and certain toys.
  • Keep the principal, teachers and all others that make up the staff at Sugar Loaf School.
