Pimento Cheese Dip


  • 1 bag (16-ounce) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10-ounce) Ro-Tel Diced Original Tomatoes and Green Chilies, drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Tabasco, to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients and blend well. Chill for several hours before serving with crackers of your choice.
