Heart Healthy Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup organic soy milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup berries

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Optional additions (before blending) include chia seeds, flaxseeds, cottage cheese or protein powder, and nut butter.
