Cherry Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 can Red Tart Cherries, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 carton (12 ounce) Cool Whip
  • 2 graham cracker crusts
  • Red food coloring (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend together milk and lemon juice; add Cool Whip and blend well.

  2. Fold in nuts and cherries. Add 3-4 drops of red food coloring, if desired.

  3. Pour into pie crusts and refrigerate.

  • My mom made this recipe too many times to count. Didn’t write it down, sadly. So so glad to come across this one. She called it “5 Minute Pie.” Didn’t add food coloring, used pastry crust instead, and sometimes added pineapple tidbits. But THIS is the recipe. Thanks so much!!
