Fruit Cocktail Pie

Your tastebuds will rejoice and exclaim, “Sweet!” followed shortly by a lemony tang after biting into this creamy pie. The pudding-like texture suspends bits of fruit cocktail and the graham-cracker crust provides a bit of crunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15-ounce) fruit cocktail, drained

  • 1 can (14-ounce) sweetened, condensed milk

  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  • 1 graham cracker or shortbread pie crust

  • ½ pint whipping cream

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Combine fruit cocktail, condensed milk and lemon juice.

  2. Pour into the pie crust.

  3. Whip the cream with the sugar until peaks form. Spread on top of pie filling. Refrigerate until time to serve.
