Key Lime Pound Cake

Tart lemon-lime flavors this bundt cake, while a cream cheese glaze adds some sweetness.


  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 small box (3 ounce) lime Jell-O
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • Juice of 1 lime plus enough to make ½ cup
  • ¼ cup water
  • ⅓ cup oil
  • Optional: Can of cream cheese frosting


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes or until it tests done. Cool and remove from pan.

  3. Optional glaze: Soften ⅓ cup cream cheese frosting (canned) and drizzle over cooled cake.
