1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet.
Mix all ingredients until well combined. Use a teaspoon to scoop small heaps of dough onto your cookie sheet. With a fork, lightly crisscross each cookie, pressing the dough down a bit.
Bake for 6–8 minutes.
