Reindeer Poop A candied party treat with a name you won't soon forget!

Reindeer Poop

Cookies named after poop?! Oh, deer! At least these chocolaty piles are cute, seasonal and possibly a bit magical. Try our “Reindeer Poop” recipe and see for yourself!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 2 cups Honey Bunches of Oats cereal 

  • ½ cup roasted peanuts or other type of nut if preferred

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips     

  • M&M’s, sprinkles or other candy, optional

Directions

  1. Spread cereal in a 9 x 13-inch pan coated with butter or nonstick spray.

  2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler, stirring until melted.

  3. Slowly spread chocolate over cereal. Then sprinkle half of the nuts and M&M’s over mixture.

  4. Refrigerate pan for ½ hour or until chocolate has set.

  5. Melt the white chocolate in the double boiler, stirring until melted.

  6. Spread the white chocolate over the cooled cereal/chocolate mixture and sprinkle with any remaining ingredients.

  7. Put back in refrigerator until firm and then cut into pieces and enjoy.
