Strawberry Mousse
Find your local farmer’s market at ncfarmfresh.com to pick up fresh strawberries (typically in season through May) to really make this dish pop.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, halved
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- Assorted fruit, for serving
Directions

In a blender, purée strawberries until smooth and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until the mixture is fluffy.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add strawberry puree to cream cheese and mix until they are combined. Add whipped cream and stir until combined.

Serve in a bowl with fruit.
