Two-Ingredient Watermelon Creamsicle Smoothie
Watermelon can be diced, sliced, balled or blended, and it provides several health benefits. Watermelon contains higher levels of lycopene than any other fresh fruit or vegetable and is a source of vitamins A, B6 and C, as well as potassium.
- 2 cups cubed watermelon
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
In blender, combine watermelon and heavy cream; blend.
Pour into a glass to serve. Try garnishing with a small cube of sliced watermelon
