White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait


  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package (4 serving size) white chocolate flavored instant pudding
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 4 ounces (½ regular size tub) whipped topping
  • whipped topping


  1. Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer in a large bowl.

  2. Gradually add milk and beat until mixture is smooth. Add the pudding and beat for 1 minute. Fold in the strawberries and whipped topping. 

  3. Place in refrigerator; chill for 2 hours.
