Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a microwave-safe casserole dish, cook the okra (covered) in a little water for about 5 minutes on high.
While the okra cooks, mix all dry ingredients in a gallon-size plastic food storage bag. With a slotted spoon, strain the okra and add it to the bag, tossing to coat evenly.
Liberally spray a baking sheet with cooking spray, and bake 15 or 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
