Grilled Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 4 large sweet potatoes, cut into ½-inch wedges
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
Dipping Sauce
  • ½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • ½ cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 4–5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain; pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.

  2. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10–12 minutes or until tender, turning once.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt and seasonings. Serve with sweet potatoes.
