Loaded Baked Potato Casserole


  • 3 pounds potatoes, peeled, cubed and boiled
  • 1 container (16-ounce) sour cream
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 package (8-ounce) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 5 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled


  1. Mash together potatoes, sour cream and butter. Stir in cheese and bacon. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Top with additional cheese if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
