There’s an opportunity to learn more about farming during the annual ASAP Farm Tour. Set for Saturday and Sunday, June 25–26, it features a variety of working family farms across the central mountains in western North Carolina. The self-guided tour is a chance to learn how food grows, taste fresh fare and hang out with farm animals. Participants buy a pass (one per car) and choose their own routes. Sites include farms in Madison, Buncombe and McDowell counties.
