Blue Ridge Energy Member to Represent North Carolina
Caitlin Finley, a 2018 youth tour participant sponsored by Blue Ridge Energy, was selected by fellow Youth Tourists to represent our state on the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association’s (NRECA) Youth Leadership Council (YLC). One student from each state is selected to participate in a national leadership workshop and attend the 2019 NRECA Annual Meeting in Orlando.
Finley is a rising senior at Caldwell Early College High School and is very active in her community, volunteering more than 360 hours in the last three years. She currently serves as Beta Club president at her school and was accepted into the 2018 NC Governor’s School. She aspires to go into the career field of forestry.
