Soulful and possessing plenty of swagger, hard-driving string band Town Mountain recently released its fifth album, “Southern Crescent,” which includes our featured track of the month, “Ain’t Gonna Worry Me.” Band members Robert Greer, Jesse Langlais, Phil Barker, Jack Devereux, and Adam Chaffins each contributed songs and recorded the album old-school, with minimal overdubs. Variety and the band’s chemistry drive “Southern Crescent,” released on Greensboro-based LoHi Records.
