Have you noticed something different about our service trucks, but couldn’t put your finger on it? We’ve added new 811 tailgate wraps to our fleet, encouraging others to “Call Before You Dig” and know what’s below.

It’s through partnerships like NC 811 that Pee Dee Electric can promote electrical safety by encouraging others to call 8-1-1 with custom tailgate wraps. The wraps will be seen on Pee Dee Electric’s service trucks across areas of Anson, Montgomery, Moore, Richmond, Scotland, Stanly and Union counties.

“It’s nice to know that we can remind so many people driving on the road to call 8-1-1 before digging. It really gets the message out there,” said David Burr, operations manager at Pee Dee Electric.
