Paying your electric bill has never been easier. At Pee Dee Electric, we offer a variety of ways to help ease the process of paying your monthly power bill. Our lobbies remain closed; however, we continue to provide service using our drive-thru windows. Our member service representatives are available to speak with you Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. You can make payments at your convenience using one of the payment methods below:
1 Pay by Phone: Members can pay their monthly bills via phone using our free automated system. Pay by phone is available 24/7 and accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. To pay by phone, call 1-800-693-0190 and have your Pee Dee Electric account number ready.
2 Automatic Bank Draft: Members can choose to have their monthly power bill automatically deducted from a designated bank account each month. Once the bank deducts the amount of your bill from your account, that money is automatically credited to Pee Dee Electric. Account drafts usually take place between 10-14 days after the billing date indicated on the front of your statement. To set up automatic bank draft, mail or bring a VOIDED check to one of the local offices.
3 Pay Bill Online: You can conveniently pay your bill online by logging in to our member service portal. Once you’re logged in, you can pay your bill, check your energy use, or update your contact info.
5 Mail/Night Deposit/Drive-thru window: Members always have the option of mailing in their payment, using the night deposit drop box, or drive-thru window.
