Recognizing that many in our community may be facing financial hardships due to the impact of the pandemic, we have taken several measures to help lessen the strain on those who have been affected. To lend a helping hand to our members during this extremely difficult time, as of March 13, Union Power suspended all disconnections for nonpayment and is not charging late fees or penalties. In addition, we are returning $3.48 million in capital credit refunds three months ahead of schedule to help mitigate the financial impact of COVID-19.

We’ve compiled a list of local and federal assistance programs that may be able to assist members with paying their bills and other resources.
