The uncertainty that has accompanied COVID-19 has forced us to make some difficult decisions regarding the Annual Meeting this year. For the safety of our employees and members the informational, business portion of the 2020 Annual Membership Meeting will be held in a virtual format.

There will be no in-person membership meeting. Members will have the opportunity to register and vote for the Board of Directors at all three office locations from September 21–25. Gifts will be available to the first 2,000 members who register and vote. Information about how to view the virtual business meeting, to be broadcast at 10:30 am on September 26, will be posted on social media and on our website.

We thank you for your patience during these extraordinary times. The important things to remember are:

  • Due to uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, there will be no in-person Annual Meeting
  • Register and vote for your Board of Directors at any office location from September 21–25, Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Gifts will be available for the first 2,000 members who register and vote
  • You can view the virtual business portion of the Annual Membership Meeting Saturday, September 26, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. Information on how to view will be posted on social media and on our website.
