The September “Where Is This” photo features the NASCAR Hall of Fame building located on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Charlotte. If you look closer within the glass, you spot the red and blue 43 car driven by Richard Petty and the black 3 driven by Dale Earnhardt. The Hall of Fame is ranked as one of the top sports attractions in the U.S., and our readers quickly recognized it.
