Haywood EMC

Haywood EMC, headquartered in Waynesville, NC, distributes Carolina Country magazine each month as a benefit of membership. The cooperative is a not-for-profit electric distribution utility, owned by the consumers it serves and guided by a democratically elected board of directors. It serves members in Haywood, Buncombe, Transylvania, Jackson, Madison and Macon counties, as well as Oconee County (SC) and Rabun County (GA).
