Fruity Pizza
Kids can lend a hand decorating this fresh snack
Ingredients
2 tablespoons light cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 9-inch whole-wheat pita bread
1 Florida orange, peeled and sectioned
¼ cup strawberries, sliced
¼ cup cantaloupe, sliced
¼ blueberries
Directions
Combine cream cheese and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until well blended. Spread over pita. Decorate with fruit by creating fun faces and patterns.
