The 68th Annual Big Rock Tournament is one of the largest sportfishing tournaments in the United States. Held in Morehead City, the event attracts more than 200 competitors each year. The Big Rock refers to a series of ledges, peaks, and plateaus along the North Carolina coastline just south of the Port of Morehead City and is now considered the premier marlin fishing destination on the East Coast.
