The Fayetteville Dogwood Festival, one of the largest festivals in North Carolina, returns April 25-27 in Downtown Fayetteville. This annual celebration of spring and the region’s blooming dogwood trees draws visitors from across the area for a weekend of entertainment and community spirit, and this year will be its biggest festival yet. The festival kicks off Friday evening and continues through the weekend with arts and crafts vendors, live music, food trucks, carnival rides and a free kid zone at Festival Park. Country singers Josh Ross and Drew Baldridge, along with DJs, will keep the energy high as visitors browse handmade crafts and jewelry. A wings cook-off will take place over the weekend, where local chefs and home cooks compete for the best recipe. On Sunday, Hay Street will host a Car, Motorcycle and Truck Show featuring classic and modern vehicles. With over 100 vendors and a full lineup of events, the festival is a true showcase of Fayetteville’s culture and the beauty of spring.
