Learn about the lives of sailors who will become a part of our new nation’s defense and what a local seaport was like in 1775. Living history Reenactors in costume will portray sailors, ships surgeons, ship carpenters, spinners and weavers, and scrimshaw. Come by the tavern to hear talk of the brewing war. Munitions demonstrations throughout the day. St Thomas Church will have a guide. Leviathan and Revenge crews will encamp at Bonner’s Point. Children’s games.
