Ingredients
1 cup coconut water
1 cup organic soy milk
1 frozen banana
½ cup berries
Directions
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Optional additions (before blending) include chia seeds, flaxseeds, cottage cheese or protein powder, and nut butter.
