Ingredients

8 fresh jalapeños, halved and deseeded
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
¼ cup pimientos
8 pieces of bacon, sliced in half

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Slice and deseed the jalapeños. Fill each jalapeño half with shredded cheddar and top with diced pimientos. Wrap each jalapeño half in half a slice of bacon. Bake for 20 minutes until bacon is crispy.
