Ingredients
1 bag (16-ounce) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can (10-ounce) Ro-Tel Diced Original Tomatoes and Green Chilies, drained
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
Tabasco, to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients and blend well. Chill for several hours before serving with crackers of your choice.
