Ingredients

3 cups finely crushed pretzels
⅔ cup sugar
1¼ cups cold butter
¼ cup lime juice
1 tablespoon grated lime peel
1½ cups whipped topping
7–8 cups assorted fresh fruit

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine pretzels and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into a 14-inch pizza pan.

  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 8–10 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack; refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine milk, lime juice and peel. Fold in whipped topping; spread over crust. Cover and chill. Top with fruit just before serving.
