Terra Ceia Christian School
Ruthie was one of nine to receive $1,000 in scholarship funding from the Tideland Electric Care Trust. The daughter of Billy and Penny Askew of Pinetown, Ruthie will be enrolled in the college transfer program at Beaufort County Community College. Her intended major is nursing with eventual transfer to East Carolina University to complete her bachelors degree.
