These checks are mailed out generally every two years, and the formula for distribution is based on prior years of operation and member consumption. In October, we mailed checks to members based on 100% of their usage for 2001, and 3.3% of their usage from 2002 to 2022. The total amount was nearly $5 million returned to the membership.
